"These are not the bodies of the dead returning to life, as rumor and public hysteria have claimed. The Year of the Dragon, the Year of the Ram, the Year of the Rat, all of these have been repeated throughout history, and during each of them, the namesake of the year has had profound effect upon the year itself. This year, however, is the year of something not mentioned on any zodiac. This year, is the Year of the Zombie. I have 4 players and the characters they play are themselves... Each player made a character that was as close to themselves in stats and skills as reasonably possible. They make character decisions and actions as themselves, no real need to role play here, and no need to ROLL UP a character. What would YOU do? What decisions would YOU make? Could YOU survive? This may sound dull and boring at first read - after all, role players want to play heroic, greater than life characters - but this is only the start of things. You can be heroic (maybe), you can be greater than life - if you can survive that is. The setting for this campaign is initially in our local area - The Vacaville/Sacramento Area - and will eventually lead to almost anywhere. This will allow you to take advantage of your personal knowledge of our surroundings. This campaign is heavy on Combat and running away. One warning - this game is not for the squeamish. We have the game sessions every other Friday at the Gamer's Keep in Vacaville starting - on most game nights - at 6pm and going until 11pm or midnight. The next game is on Nov 3rd. Send me a PM with your email address if you are interested. Thanks, -RangerJim
