Here's what to do: 1. Each of you will have to pre-register for GenCon for any day(s) you wish to attend. Then, pick up your entry passes before 6pm on your first GenCon day (or the day before if your first game starts at 12am or 1am). Pre-registration info is at GenCon UK 2. Purchase gaming slot tickets from Raven for each of you. For the Isle of Woe game, select Isle of Woe, Slot 13b, Sat 12pm. Details can be found in the Raven Shop at Raven 3. Join the RPGA. This is now free and can be done at GenCon in a few minutes. 4. Create a 1st level PC using the 28 point-buy system. See the link in my previous post. S'mon and I are creating dwarven cousins: his PC will be a wiz and mine a fighter. If you like, you can 'join the family' by creating dwarves as well - but that's up to you. The organisers recommend a mix, so you may want to pick a variety of classes (a cleric with lots of healing would be good, hint, hint). Please let me know what you decide. You need to have a miniature of your PC for this game. I can lend you one if you like. 5. Meet up at the game. Just before each gaming slot, participants gather in the area outside on the upper floor just ouside the gaming hall. I'm not sure if this will be the case for Isle of Woe, but we'll be told if it isn't. Then it's just a matter of getting together. As for the general EN world meeting, it looks like S'mon will be running a game on Saturday afternoon or evening after Isle of Woe. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Also, please keep me posted about Isle of Woe. ;)
