ok, here is my build. Not the strongest, but its very playble and do able and uses no magic iteam tricks. use any stats you want, but you want to be able to have a high dex, con and strength, and you also need a 13 min int. it may have starting stats like str 15 dex 14 con 15 int 14 wis 10 cha 10 killorian (races of the wild) it has a humanoid smite if he humanoid. 1 Monk: (cobra strike): (2 flaws your pick) dodge, Combat Reflexes, Combat expert, Deft Opportunist 2 Monk: (cobra strike): mobility 3 Fighter: weapon focus (Glaive), Karmatic Strike 4 Fighter: Power attack 5 Barb: 6 Barb: Shorten Grip 7 Dervish: 8 Dervish: 9 Dervish: spring attack, Elusive Target 10 dervish: 11 Dervish: 12 Dervish: hold the line You want to use a glaive as your weapon of choice, the tripping glaive also works (forget name) Now this build doesn’t do damage persay but it should mitigate any damage he may do to you using melee. elusive target lets you negate power attack, thus letting you go hit to hit on him. Dervish dance lets you move and full attack inbetween your move action. Karmatic strike lets you get an attack of opportunity on him if he attacks and damages you. Hold the line lets you get an attack of opportunity on him if he charges (if he uses leap attack or something, although the damage will be mitigated with elusive target). all your attacks of opportunity get a +4 on attack (deft opertunist). Basicly this should put him at a disadvantage going for a pure power build. The idea is to make it so he can only hit you once a round, while you can hit him at least 4 times a round. 3 for dervish dance, and 1 when he hits you. if he is med sized, you may get 5 attacks on him for moving in your square. focus on eq that prevent trips and grapples as he may go tactical too. If he goes pure damage, mostlikely he is dead. what this build does not do is crunch numbers as all damage is circumstance based, but it plays like beast on the board. Deft Opportunist is in compleat adventurer Elusive Target, Karmatic strike, hold the line, and dervish are all in Compleat warrior Shorten Grip is in dragon compendum Monk: (cobra strike) is in unearthed arcana and is in the srd. all it does is chang thier two starting feats If you cant take flaws, be human and drop Deft Opportunist or Shorten Grip
