So im kinda new to this whole 13 kingdoms thing, just found it and browsed the players guide and it looks really cool. Here's the rub i would like to play a bit but i dont think my dinnky little laptop can handle the chat software, so i was wondering if there are any play by post, or play by email type things going on, and if not well I'll enjoy just learning more about the world.

There is a play by post campaign in progress. I believe that Northman is running it. Check out the links in the Questing for Adventure thread.

Hi Malk, and welcome to T13K. I think you'll really like the upcoming revised setting guide, which is with the editor right now! The one on the download was sort of a beta, though a really good one.

Currently the only play-by-post game I know of is Northman's as mentioned by Entropy. It is at www.playbyweb.com under D&D. It is the one with T13K at the start of the name. Might check that out. RPOL and PlayByWeb are both play-by-post sites, and have areas where you can advertise that you'd like a DM. Gamers Seeking Gamers might work for you as well, here at EN World. We have a number of tabletop campaigns as well, though of course those are hard to advertise for players on

I run the play by post campaign, and would love to have another player. This is my first play by post campaign (though I've run many online games) so we're learning the best way to conduct it.
