Don't know. The powers that be are being very quiet about the "new" race....

It has been speculated the censored race is in fact the star elf, which is one of the new regions.

Yes and no. They will be different from those from OA. But similar. Don't know anything else. Maybe eucalyptus spirit folk rather than bamboo spirit folk.
