The Magic Immunity would never allow it since you have to not believe in magic itself.In any case, you've given the class abilities that monsters from the Epic Level Handbook have. An example would be the Colossi which have Magic Immunity and Antimagic Field and range from a CR 24 to a CR 33.Anyway, it seems that you sir are the one looking for a fight. And, since I am not, I will agree that a fighting class that is the bane of all things magic would be awesome.
