After being sealed inside the crypt by Shah Rasalt’s men, many of Aurikus’ followers tried to escape but found that Rasalt had further sealed them into the tomb by burying the entire structure under tons of dirt and stone. Eventually, fear, exhaustion, dehydration, and hunger — not to mention vicious infighting that killed many worshippers — took its toll on the buried faithful of Aurikus.
