In the course of dealing with the undead, the adventurers discover the dark secret that long-term exposure to voidwater has caused this horrid transformation.</p><p>Daronith’s brother died in Deepfathom Well two months earlier, when an accident caused the mine’s drilling rig to crash down and seal the entrance shaft.
