Even uncontrolled minor undead hold an inborn hatred of the living, and the powerful undead now found almost nothing to resist their strength. Bodies erupted out of graveyards shorn of their blessed protections, and those slain by the Cataclysm twitched and rose to their feet, turning to prey upon the living.</p><p>The new Obsidian Veil bars all divine traffic of souls and prayer, preventing any deity from seeing or hearing a thing, and cutting them off from gaining power from their followers.
