For Mind Flayers there is the 3e <a href="http://www.rpgnow.com/product/20088/Unveiled-Masters-the-Essential-Guide-to-Mind-Flayers?it=1&affiliate_id=17596" target="_blank">Unveiled Masters</a> and the 2e <a href="http://www.rpgnow.com/product/17448/Monstrous-Arcana-The-Illithiad-2e?it=1&affiliate_id=17596" target="_blank">Illithiad</a>.For underdark aberrations in general there is <a href="http://www.rpgnow.com/product/1752/Lords-of-Madness-The-Book-of-Aberrations-35?it=1&affiliate_id=17596" target="_blank">the 3.5 Lords of Madness</a>.For Beholders you have the <a href="http://www.rpgnow.com/product/1790/Complete-Guide-to-Beholders?it=1&affiliate_id=17596" target="_blank">3e Complete Guide to Beholders</a> and the <a href="http://www.rpgnow.com/product/17444/Monstrous-Arcana-I-Tyrant-2e?it=1&affiliate_id=17596" target="_blank">2e Monstrous Arcana I Tyrant</a>.Illithiad and I Tyrant each have a 2e trilogy of modules to support them.The Forgotten Realms (in various editions) have decent underdark stuff as does Goodman Games for 3e, but they have a lot of drow stuff.</blockquote>
