Undetectable?

I'm working up a Rogue / Shadowdancer... my character concept is essentially an undetectable character... so I'm asking for your help to build a truely undetectable PC!

Hey - did you see that? No? Nevermind.

I figure I need a list of all the ways a PC can be detected and the counter, so I can build the PC appropriately. Here goes:

Spot - Hide / Invisibility
Listen - Move Silently - silence is an area effect and detectable!
Track & Scent - Pass without trace
Detect magic/Arcane Sight (for the items on the PC) - ???
Tremorsense - Fly / levitate?
Psionics (damn mindflayers) - ???
Blindfight - Cloak of displacement??
Scry - ?? I know there is a magic item(s) that defeats scry... ??

Can you suggest anything I have missed? The idea is that with an exhaustive list I can build the Rogue/Shadowdancer so that nobody will every know she's there. Oh - 16th level, with GP value to match... don't remember off the top of my head. No artifacts. but any mix if items and equipment. Almost any D20 book, especially any core books, Faerun, or other WoTC books. I know - munchkin city, so what?

- Billboard Baggins

P.S. I swear somebody is looking over my shoulder - anybody see anything? Wierdest feeling...

Thing you have to watch out for is glitterdust. 2nd level area of effect spell that can make the most hidden character visible.

Though I may be reading it wrong, I believe that Dust of Dissapearance isn't seen through by Glitterdust.

It doesnt matter. Glitterdust doesnt make you visible. It merely coats you with a visible layer of gold dust. You are still perfectly invisible the entire time the glitterdust is on you.

You could start with a svirfneblin to get small size and a permanent non-detection effect. Plus you get spell resistance of 11 + character level to help avoid those glitterdusts and other nasty spell effects. It'll cost you three levels, but deep gnomes are pretty powerful once they get past the first few levels.

visibly outlining invisible things for the duration of the spell. All within the area are covered by the dust, which cannot be removed and continues to sparkle until it fades.

To me that means it makes anything invisible/hidden visible. Dust of Dissappearnace might work; dont have DMG to look at right now.

The glass rose from monte's book of eldrich might (II?) is an affordable item that simply says "the holder of this rose cannot be scried". Much more achievable for a rogue than constant mind blank. :)

The method of invis doesnt matter. Glitterdust doesnt make you visible it coats you in a visible substance and thus sidesteps the spell completely.

Invisible characters can be seen by the spell see invisible. Invibility purge and true seeing spells also "enemies" :) of an invisible PC.

IIRC Nystul Undetctable Magic Aura :) works versus Detect Magic.

Just my 2 cents
