Undying Toughness? (Libris Mortis)

Where is the feat, Undying Toughness, from? It mentions it in the Unkillable Zombie description on p. 173 but it also mentions Improved Toughness; are these the same thing? Undying Toughness isn't included in the feats section and I thought I read something about UT granting bonus hp utilizing Cha modifier?

The Libris Mortis thread from several pages back calls it the Unholy Toughness ability and mentions it was introduced in MM2, but I can't find it there either...

It's in MM3, actually, and it's not actually a feat; it's a special quality several undead creatures possess.

I'm not sure off the top of my head if it's in Libris Mortis at all.

No, it's actually one of the many (many, many) errors in LM. It should be Improved Toughness.

The SQ from MMIII is not in LM (but, IMO, should be).

The ability in the Monster Manual III is Unholy Toughness, not Undying Toughness. Unholy Toughness grants an undead creature with the ability bonus hit points equal to its Charisma modifier times its level. Basically, use their charisma modifier instead of their constitution modifier for purposes of Hit Points.
