Unearthed Arcana - Recharge Magic for Psionics?

Unearthed Arcana has a list of recharge times for divine and arcane spells. I'm thinking of using the recharge variant in my upcoming campaign, and I'd like to have it open to psionics.

Does anyone have rules about using the recharge variant for psionics?
