Yes or No. Can I use the name "Unearthed Arcana" in an OGL product?

I've spent the last hour searching here and on the WotC boards looking for an official answer. Please help.

"Unearthed Arcana" is a trademark of WotC and is not open content.

(So, probably not.)

You can ask WotC.

But AFAIK, other than Section 15 Copyright Notice, you can't, at least not without WotC's permission.

You could get away with just the initials (UA), as long as you don't explain to the readers what the initials mean.
