United Kingdom, Lancashire, looking for a game

Hello! My name is Corey and I'm 36 years old. A (part-time) primary school teacher by profession.

I am currently the DM for a large and established gaming group in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. My wife has got herself a new job in Lancashire (nr Skelmersdale) and this means that we have to relocate. I am a keen and committed gamer who must have that weekly gaming fix. I am seeking to join or start a gaming group. I currently DM D&D 4E and love it, but have played and will play all editions. Also StarWars Saga Edition, Angel Rpg, Warhammer Rpg, Cthulhu and Traveller (whatever system or edition). Bottom line is whatever you're playing, I'm game.

I'm a roleplayer at heart, but I recognise and value all different gamers and gaming styles and in fact my current gaming group has the whole range and we have been going consistently for 5 years. I'm willing to join a group or start/host a group. I am a keen and very experienced DM and that is what I prefer, but I would be happy to join a group as a player. My wife plays too.

I can't say precisely when I'll arrive in Lancashire, we need to sell our property and find a new home and in today's sluggish market who knows how long that will take? But my wife starts her job in a little over a month's time and we have a 10yr old daughter so we're keen on getting ourselves settled soon, even if it means renting a place while our house sells.

Well. That's a lot about me. If you think that I (and possibly my other half) could fit in with your group, or if you're in that neck of the woods and are looking for a game too then let me know.

Thanks.

Corey

Hello,

I'm Ian. 41yo and I live in the Orrell area of Wigan (not far from Skelmersdale). I've recently started playing DnD 4e (used to play lots of DnD when younger) and would be happy to meet up for a game or two. Also am happy to have a go at DMing again.

Hope to hear from you when you're settle. Best of luck with the moved.

Regards

Ian
