As a student at Michigan Tech I've found it particularly hard to find gamers, and would like to setup a good network of gamers between our two schools and for those around the area. I know a few people that play around here, but not enough to get a decent campaign going.
I would be willing to run Mutants and Masterminds, The Buffy RPG, The Wheel of Time RPG, or a D&D 3.5 game. I'll pretty much give any game a shot, but I'm pretty much jonesing to give Exalted a go-trhough. I can probably start playing in or running a game sometime around Mid-January, but would probably wait until early February to start up a D&D game.
Travel: Unfortunately I don't have a car up here so I'm pretty much restricted to holding games in my dorm room or possibly seeking out space with the University if enough of the students here are involved. I do have a cofee table, and a good amount of sitting room for a dorm room.
Habits: I smoke and my dorm room smells like smoke. I can take smoke breaks in some other room if smoking makes anyone feel uncomfortable. I also like to go out, but will sacrifice my either a Saturday night or Friday night, but probably not both.
Gaming Style: I like to play hard and work hard. I do however take my gaming on the serious side. When GMing I do give plenty of break time. I prefer dramatic action to tactical combat. I also like to emphasize politics in my games, but more at the person to person level. I try to work with everybody I game with, and will take suggestions pretty readily.
