I'll be DMing at one of my favorite local gaming conventions. Anonycon (www.anonycon.com) is in Stamford CT on Dec. 6-8th, easy driving from anywhere in the northeast US. This is one of my favorites; run by good friends (and excellent gamers!), with top-notch games, a reasonable price, and a friendly atmosphere. Heck, even the hotel is good (ConnCon is run at the same place.) So plan to join me! As of now, I'll be running.... Friday night: King and Company (D&D3e) Sat morning: Travelers in the Hebrides (CoC) Sat afternoon: King and Company (D&D3e) Sat night: Travelers in the Hebrides (CoC) Sun morning: 2nd round of King and Country (D&D3e) Sun afternoon: Wolfpack (D&D3e) For King and Company The Western Mountain Company is trying to cover something up. You all want to know what, some of you out of loyalty to the Princess of Aalterdam, others because of your loyalty to your own merchant company. It's a good thing that you're all working towards the same goals here. Second round only open to winners of first round; prizes awarded to winner of second round. Travelers in the Hebrides (CoC) Summer, 1588. The Spanish Armada has sailed to bring an end to the heresy of England. But now your ship has foundered north of Scotland, forcing the six of you ashore on a remote island. And nothing on this island is quite what it seems. Wolfpack Six brothers, recently reunited, must save the wolves of the Rickpin Forest. Someone, or something, is killing the noble animals, and for all the power of the local magic schools, no one knows the answer. These brothers must face their destiny together, or else face the wrath of their grandfather! A follow-up to Magic School, Things Worth Fighting For, and Free Will.
