The products are not listed on the Sword Sorcery's Upcoming Products page, so I wouldn't completely trust everything you see over at amazon.com.

I don't know what Monster Kingdom is, but those other two have been cancelled, as far as I know. They were taken off the release schedule for Sword and Sorcery Studios, last I checked. They've just been lazy, or Amazon's been lazy, about removing them from the Amazon.com site.

Most likely, the reason for the first two books cancellation is due in part to that fact that those lines are Scarred Lands dependant. Since Scarred Lands is coming to an end, this most likely the reason to the two books cancellation. It is entirely possible that Monster Kingdoms was meant as an expansion for the Scarred Lands.

All those titles Amazon had are no defunct and probably Amazon won't know about it until probably two more months (I never trust Amazon with releases, but they do great on the price reductions.)

And yes there is no CC 4.
