Sending you the explicitly wrong version, telling you they won't fix it, and directing you to another company, one which has nothing to do with their error is gross negligence on their part. I'm talking normal english language expressions, not legal stuff as Ianal. You're probably dealing with a list monkey that's been instructed to not take back cards from people that ordered the wrong thing, and is too stupid to recognize they screwed up.</blockquote>
