I have one more query for you; if you are adding the missing cards to all of the upcoming decks, wouldn't it be cheaper to set up a form where you provide proof of purchase of the spellbook cards and then you guys mail us the missing cards? That may actually be cheaper than including them in every deck that is coming out soon. It also seems somewhat unfair that we have to buy another product to fix an issue with your previous one; imagine you had to buy the elemental evil rulebook to get the errata for the 5e PHB?  (although I am sure stuff like that has happened in the past at some point!) that wouldn't go over very well with a lot of customers so I am not sure how this isn't the same thing. I understand your hard work getting everything right and that sometimes mistakes happen (like issues in rulebooks), but I still think that there should be a way for your company to fix this free of cost for the customer since it was not our fault to begin with (like errata PDF do). Its not that it wouldn't cost money to do so, but more like I now will think very hard before buying another GF9/Battlefront product because I know that if there is an issue with it I may not get it fixed without shelling out more cash so it may have costed future sales because of this issue (it certainly did for me, I planned to buy every set and now I doubt that will happen). Again, I know that 1 card is no big deal, but its the principle of the thing as now those of us who bought the incomplete sets are stuck with an inferior product. Lastly, if the restriction behind your team fixing it for free is due to legal reasons with WotC IP, then I apologize for the rant as in that case its out of your control; I just hope that it is not due to excessive cost savings measures as that would really be short sighted.Anyways, thank you so much for getting back to us!
