Gildrim roars, giving Erf a chance to instruct the dog.  Erf commands Fenenn out of the effect, and the dog will take a defensive stance eyeing the creatures out of his reach hungrily.  The gnome then concentrates hard and begins chanting a summoning spell.   Gildrim bulls his way through the tangling fibres, dropping his sword at his feet and uncoiling his whip.  With a crack, he lashes it at a grasshopper man, sending the tiny bow flying into the next room.  (it's to the north two squares, in case it comes up later.)  Round 2The first grig bleeds, its tiny wings crumpled.  The second howls, "Hey, my bow!"  It draws a tiny sword and flies down to the floor, taking a swing at Gildrim on the way, <a href="http://invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/1750784/" target="_blank">missing</a>, and landing under the table.  The linen fibers grasp at it, but cannot get hold.  (ooc:  Gildrim gets an AoO, but I think only unarmed; the whip doesn't threaten.  The grig gains cover from the table, which doesn't apply to the AoO.  I think Erf would get an AoO, but not while spellcasting.)The third flutters backwards and points a finger at Ter-raen, uttering arcane syllables.  Whatever the effect is, Ter-raen <a href="http://invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/1750788/" target="_blank">shrugs it off</a> with ease.[sblock=spellcraft DC 16]reduce person[/sblock]InitiativeG1 4 damage after DR, unconsciousG2 uninjured, perched 10ft upG3 uninjured, hovering 12ft upTer-raen 25/25  <== You're upGildrim 16/16, entangledErf 22/22, entangledFenenn 12/13</blockquote>
