I agree that getting Sneak damage on both targets can be a bit tricky, but the power has a lot of little, potentially useful "bits" to it.Sly Lunge grants you CA against the target until the end of your next turn - that's one big reason to take it. Also, if you attack that target again before the end of this turn (Action Point), you can get your Sneak Attack damage on that attack if you didn't use it on the Sly Lunge attack - making this a free d6 of damage.
