I moved into a new apartment in 2005 and got cable & internet. There was a $70 activation fee, and a service tech came to install the equipment. He was clueless, couldnt get it to work and had to call the main office to get help. He tells the girl on the other end my name, and he says OK and hands me the phone. Turns out I knew her and she walked me through setting it up. The guy had a couple connections backwards, it was pretty funny. I never did have to pay the $70 connection fee, hello new coffee pot.</blockquote>
