Even if the Dragon Empire doesn't include one by default, adding an area like that shouldn't really upset the balance of power.Most Pathfinder Adventure Paths stay to relatively confined areas, the only exceptions that spring to mind being Jade Regent and Reign of Winter. So if you're specifically worried about it not becoming globetrotting, you have a lot of options.Haunts:There are a stretches Carrion Crown with a lot of haunts. If you haven't already figured out how you want to deal with them running Rise of the Runelords, it's worth some thought.The Whispering Tyrant:The arcing plot of Carrion Crown involves an organization trying to bring back the Whispering Tyrant, an ancient lich of legendary power.Now, the Dragon Empire has a Lich King running around, so you'll probably want to consider how those two are connected. I'd be inclined to say that the Whispering Tyrant was an Icon in a previous age and the modern Lich King is, if anything, the most excited to keep him in the ground.Cheers!Kinak</blockquote>
