Legend
For a while, I assumed that Utility powers affect only stuff like this
- Movement
- Skills
- Healing (including temporary hit points and regeneration)
But I noticed that there are also some powers that seem to grant attack enhancements. Okay, so I thought the only difference is they are not attacks.
But then I see a power like "Unyielding Avalanche" or "Reaper's Stance" or "Force of Battle"- these are Stances, it doesn't require an attack to activate. But they still deal damage.
So, how are they differentiated?
My guess at the moment is - the moment a power deals damage to a foe by default (meaning you don't have to use another attack), it's an attack power. If not, it's a Utility power.
Does this sound about right? Or are their still inconsistencies?
