Either write them down, or take the wood, or find someone amongst the group that reads French..... well.3) Start Investigating the scene, collecting a picture of what went on here, who/what the principals involved were, etc.Of particular note to Nikolai would be any PHYSICAL evidence around the scene of the Thing that caused this (i.e. hairs from It, flesh under fingernails of It, etc).Nikolai would hiss under his breath to the group - "Look sharp, gang.If the thing that did this is still around, we'll be in for a real Fight.I figger."</blockquote>
