"Vampire" Bone Knight

I'm writing up a Bone Knight (from Five Nations), and I realised that with some tweaking he could look a lot like a vampire spawn. The Bone Knight class eventually grants many of the immunities undead get, and the Domination and Hunger domains give mind control powers and a bite attack. A Deep Dwarf is even pleasantly light sensitive.

Some vampire schtick is a little harder. I'm kind of stuck on getting him powers similar to Gaseous Form and Spider Climb. Slippers of Spider Climb were the obvious choice, but he'll be wearing Boots of Striding and Springing to make him have a little of the vampire speediness. Are there any affordable magic items/feats/spells that would let a cleric do this sort of thing?

Cloak of arachnida (DMG) should help with the spider climb problem. Not sure about the gaseous form off the top of my head

A Casting Glove from DMG2 with a potion of Gaseous Form stored in it would do the trick. It's 25000 so I guess it depends on your definition of affordable, but it's probably cheaper than having a custom item made.

I like the idea of convincing them to inculde a vampire's vunerability to sunlight in to their plans and only revealing his true nature once he steps in to the light and those plans start coming down around their ears.
