That is extremely cool! I really like what you've done with vamps, and I must say that looks like a lot of work! Couple of points (in no good order, sorry): 1) You should probably include Plants in the types of creatures that can't be drained of blood. 2) Keep the revised version of DR in mind as well, as you might want to revise your vamps when 3.5E comes out. 3) There's a lot of repeated text (such as the Energy Drain entry on each level of vampire) you might want to separate this text out, then list only the differences in each vampire level. 4) Shouldn't 1st level vampires gain the undead type? 5) Do the feats stack? Does a 9th level vampire gain all the feats of lower level vampires? How does "leveling up" work? A level 5 vamp has one Toughness, and a level six vamp has two. Does that mean that as a vamp goes from level 5 to level 6 it gains one toughness? 6) You have a level 2 vampire gaining the "Improved reflexes" feat, which does not exist. 7) How are vampires of the same level different? I think you should give each level of vampire skill points (2 + INT mod?) and a "class" skill list. I think vampires should also get 1 feat every three levels. Perhaps instead of granting the feats you should give vamps feat slots and create a vampire feat list with all those feats on it. Well, that's enough for now. Like I said I really like what you've done here, maybe just a tweak or two. If you made a couple more such items you can slap them together and sell a pdf! PS
