Unfortunately for Koln although there is a chimney on the house there is no way a person could possibly fit down there, only the magic of Santa (or the Protean Mist Form) can make you small enough to fit down a chimney. Also, the windows on the house have that same unwelcoming iron gating in front of them making the house look almost prison-like.
