Played it at my local LGS, and it was pretty good. One DM got sick, so the remaining DM had 9 players (2 paladins, 2 clerics, 1 wizard, 2 rangers, 1 fighter, 1 thief). Also the DM had planned to coordinate with others group remotely on the idols, but could not get his laptop to connect. So we only had to recover one idol and assume that the other idols were recovered and used before those groups got wiped out. Still it was pretty good. We mowed down lots of cultists and their warrior guards. The DM ramped the number of mobs, as we had one fight with 16 cultists and warriors, a rather large web spell locked down a large number of them. The wraiths weren't too much of a problem. The flesh golem and dracolich gave us the most problems, we only ever recovered one magic item and rather late in the adventure. So we mostly "hindered" the difficult target to aid the cleric or wizard as applicable to whomever could actually hurt the monster ("I hinder to aid the caster",.. "I ready to hinder the mob to aid the caster...", and so on). With 2 clerics and 2 paladins, the few undead skeletons we ran into were toast per quickly. The rogue had no trouble with the traps we found. I do wish the DM had used minis earlier in the session (only used in the final fight with the dracolich), but I can understand as he did keep it moving pretty quickly with nine players. I dropped to "0" due to dragon bad breath, I succeeded on two death saves before a cleric got to me. We did have one KIA, the other ranger, readied action to jump "onto" the dracolich' s back as he rose up from the crevasse.... he missed and went splat.
