Notes: These critters were for a one-shot about an escaped splinter of Vecna's soul attempting to seize a divine spark and become a real boy demigod.
Vecna's soul splinter had allies among the Angels, and it had undead minions that it created, and it had some Aboleths with whom it was dealing (and therefore some Githyanki showed up in the middle of the assault and fought with the PCs because that's what Githyanki do to people wearing Githredsox caps).
NB: These stats assume that Expertise feats are banned. If they're not banned in your game, increase all defenses by +2.
