According to my doctor with my build and muscle mass I should weigh in at 220. I currently weigh 245. Its not terrible, but it is going to go away :) I don't belive she is underweight, or if so not significantly. She weighs 104 lbs, on a slim frame at 5'1". She is naturally quite small. Her highest weight was 112 which was in High School when playing tennis, and these 8 pounds were muscle I would gather from the photos. As you can see, whatever she is thinking, its not weight loss she should have a problem with. Edit: Buttercup, the bells have been ringing for awhile now. This is one of the reasons I wanted some advice on recipes and menus. Knowing this board, I was hoping it would bring up all of my other concerns and I could get some good points to research and study on the subject. It has done this admirably. I've spoken to her quite abit about her image problems, and I think she will someday make it past them. She is not interested in seeing either a nutitionist or a therapist, so I get to play dietician, and therapist is built into the relationship I think. :)
