The 7th level ability Relentless Avenger allows the Paladin to move half his or her movement after hitting with an opportunity attack. Is this free movement? Or is it taken from the normal movement pool given per round? The fact that it is part of a reaction makes me think that it is extra movement, but I've been wrong in the past. Any thoughts on this?
