I am fairly sure that in the past people have stat'ed Venger in 2nd and 3rd edition but I have yet to see a 4e undertaking to Bring Venger into the new edition. Some people have contemplated that he is a Tiefling, some that he must be a Caster but apart from that I haven't seen anything in the way of a 4e stat block and would love to. I am never that good at creating Monsters from scratch. I can usually mod a similar monster into another but to create one from scratch let alone one with such an amount of pressure to get it just right. Are there any budding Monster Builders out there that can come up with a good build. Although the Cartoons had him battling Tiamat, I wouldn't consider him to be that powerful, besides in the Cartoon the Party were able to fight Tiamat which is just so beyond belief so it doesn't have to be strict to how the Cartoon plays out but does have to seem believable... ish! My guess is that he would not be as powerful as the Deities in the game, if I had to put him in a Category I would say either some kind of Demon / Devil Lord or a Monster with an Exarch like build. Let your creative juices flow and show me what you got... The fact that he has never been officially (as far as I am aware!) introduced into any Corebook is a travesty!
