1. Does the bonus to saving throws from victor's confidence stack, if you drop to 0HP more than one enemy in the encounter?

2. If you are infected from a disease and you have gained a bonus to saving throws from for the duration of the encounter, can you use the bonus to the saving throw against the disease at the end of the encounter?

1. It only stacks if it are different sources.. so power bonus and feat bonus stack.. but power and power bonus won't stack..

Untyped stack always.

A reply I got in another thread said I make the first check at the end of the encounter to see if I have contracted the disease or not.

i have ramaged threw the books and you are correct..

I would rule the modifiers still count..
