Oh, no. WeaponLord -- modern AA remake, preferably hand-drawn HD sprites, the same systems but with more rational inputs. Larger roster, more gameplay modes. Just generally try again for a time and an FGC that's ready to pick up what it was putting down. Phantasy Star -- not a specific PS game, but a cluster of PS games in a kind of renaissance, as part of Sega's big back catalog push. A tactical RPG, a Western action RPG like Mass Effect or the Witcher, a true roguelike and an action roguelite. Hell, give me a side-scrolling beatemup and a proper 1-on-1 fighter. Or an anime tag fighter, even. Gimme some TV, too, live action and anime. Just more Phantasy Star. MOAR PL0X. This is going to sound weirdly specific... but true roguelikes based on Nintendo IPs. Mario, Zelda, Metroid, Fire Emblem. And/or Hades clone action roguelites, for which I would definitely add Donkey Kong. A Paper Mario or Mario + Luigi game as a tactical RPG, with both playable/story companions and generic units. Long, epic main storyline, tons of sidequests and companion quests, impossible to 100% in one playthrough. Same aesthetic, same whimsy... everything that makes the (first two) Paper Mario games and the Mario + Luigi series great... with the mechanical depth of a Square-Enix RPG and the ball-breaking difficulty of a FromSoft game. 2 or 3 AA/AAA Masters of the Universe (He-Man or She-Ra) licensed games per year, in varying genres, starting from 2024 or 2025. Really looking forward to Dragon Pearl of Destruction, but why in the name of little purple monkeys are we not drowning in games from this franchise?
