Vile Abomonation

Under the Epic Monsters, WotC introduces the new sub-type of Abomonation. Going with the idea behind the Abomonation, according to WotC/SRD, I was thinking about making a "Vile Abomonation." Along those lines, would the following be too powerful to give to a monster for free?

-Free use of Dark Speech.
-Immune to the damage/damaging side effects of using Dark Speech.
-Vile Martial Strike
-Vile Natural Attack
-Violate Spell-like Ability
-Violate Supernatural Abilty
-Immunity to Vile damage

Essentially, I want every attack this abomonation makes to deal points of Vile damage, regardless of the attack form. Is this too much to give? (BTW, this is going to be for an Epic BBEG......)

For free, too powerful. Either give them those abilities as feats from its normal allotment, or boost its CR by 1. Of course, as an epic monster, it might not be worth the full CR increase... but there should be some differentation.
