VoP Question

In the description of the Truesight ability, it simply says "as the spell." Well, since the spell has a special effect for "divine" versions, they should have been more specific. Any suggestions on which version (arcane/divine) to use?

A) What is a VoP?

B) What kind of spellcaster does it's magical abilities function as, arcane or divine? I'd use the version for whichever it's considered.

I'd use divine. It's exalted, after all.
