Instead of a cross-reference table, wouldn't rolling a d6 and adding the size of your Strength dice pool with cut-off points work almost the same? Say... 4 or less for Small build, 5-7 for Medium and 8 or more for Large build. Also, using the same category names as are used for Size Categories could be confusing for some. But excellent work, none the less.
