Yeah, the whole problem comes back to my house rules with Color Spray, and forgetting those rules were, um, "house" rules. I guess we *can* retcon things... but that's just me admitting I'm wrong. ;) In that case, The rogue is now unconscious in the doorway, and the mage managed to take a few steps away before flopping onto the ground, still cursing. I'd also like to point out, right now, that this is why I hate Color Spray. :) Sorry about the whole mixup. Wasn't trying to steal Conuld's glory. *** ---ROUND TW0--- Saithnar pulls of a shot at the blind rogue in the doorway, still thrashing on the floor and grabbing his eyes. The bolt misses. Conuld, grinning to himself at his success, quickly protects himself with a Mage Armour Spell. The woman in the kitchen grins at Pendrake, holding her blade high in the air before she lets loose a feral scream and charges. Valera's Attack Roll (1d20+1=8) Pendrake adeptly parries the blow, sending her blade flying into some pots and pans lying on the nearby counter. They fall to the ground with a metallic clatter that fills the small space. The woman in the window aims a shot at Saithnar once more, a determined look on her face. Oresia's Attack Roll, Round Two (1d20+4=12) The shot once again is deflected by Saithnar's field of force - his luck seems to be holding tonight. ***RATHAN'S ACTION HERE*** :D Solange's badger appears right behind Carson. He turns at the last moment, and is just barely able to say "What the...?" before the furious creature claws out the back of Carson's legs. The rogue screams, falling to one knee, but is still very much in the game. Solange quickly closes the combat, and touches Carson on the shoulder. His whole face stiffens. "oh no..." he whispers, before his heart stops and he falls to the ground, lifeless. Cludge, realizing he no longer has a target, steps up to the inert rogue in the doorway, getting ready to deliver a knockout blow (whether it's lethal or not, only time will tell) The Mage, still near the door, is grabbing his eyes, kicking his feet. His hat has fallen off, and lies discarded in the street. His hair is long and black, and obviously has not been washed in some time. Pendrake makes his counter-attack against the woman in the kitchen. She is able to deftly step back, and Pendrake's morning star goes wild, digging itself in a chopping board. He has to take a second swing at the rogue to dislodge the chopping board from one of the studs on his weapon; when he does, the board goes flying and knocks some spoons and tongs out of a ceramic urn. Tommy takes careful aim at the archer, and fires a bolt. Even though she has cover from the window frame, Tommy's bolt strikes her easily, biting square into her chest. She lets loose a scream, dropping her crossbow to the ground. Grabbing her chest, she looks in horror as blood blossoms into her hands. She falls to both knees, and collapses onto the cobblestones. Tommy's Crossbow Roll, round two (1d20+2=21) Tommy's Crossbow Crit Confirm, round two (1d20+2=19) Tommy's Crossbow Damage, Round Two (2d8=7) OOC: Since so much has changed, I'll let Phoenix change Saithnar's action. The remaining rogues consist of the mage (currently stunned near the doorway), the blinded and unconscious rogue in the doorway, and the fully-swinging rogue fighting Pendrake in the kitchen. You guys are really tearing through 'em. Awesome.
