Message: <blockquote data-quote="D'karr" data-source="post: 4932767" data-attributes="member: 336">Some time ago I was inspired by some of Dave Arneson's work, and just this weekend I ran my version of Temple of the Frog, as a Living Forgotten Realms (LFR) adventure for a group of RPGA players.  This was an adventure for 4-7 level.It took me about 8 hours of work to build the whole adventure, and most of that was building the concept of what the adventure would encompass.  I used the Monster Builder to reskin some creatures and to build some custom ones.  I purposely avoided using soldiers, specifically to avoid the grind.  The final combat worked out awesome, as two Frogbred Ragers (brutes), a Frogbred Groveler (skirmisher), the Frogbred High-Priest (Elite Artillery (leader)), and more Frogbred Spitters (minions) than you can count on two hands took on the five heroes sent to rescue Erdana, daughter of the Seer of Creigharr.To date, I haven't found the grind.</blockquote>
