Wal-Mart Orders Update

So my wife orders my 3.5 books and some other things from Wal-Mart.com for our anniversary. Naturally this means I can't check the account.

So, has anyone's status changed to anything other than "Processing"?

Of course, it's still claiming it will arrive sometime between the 7th and the 11th, which obviously isn't true anymore.

I haven't had any update since I got the notice of the delay in shipping from customer service.

I can still hope for the 11th. Of course, there was a quote in the Warhammer 40k rulebook that covered this, "Hope is the first step on the Path of Sorrow."

I called them this morning.

they are still waiting for the publisher and she didnt have any more info for me. I'm assuming their sitting on the books until wizards gives them the nod. I'm also assuming that will coincide with gencon on the 18th. What I want to know is will we be getting them the by the 18th? will they start shipping the 18th? What?

Not knowing is a pain in the neck.

mine too still says processing...and that it would ship to me sometime since this past monday and this friday....I expected wal mart to be slow...no big surprise there.
