Effect: Opaque sheet of flame up to 20 ft. long/level or a ring of fire with a radius of up to 5 ft. per two levels; either form 20 ft. high

Can't be bothered to look at the PHB right now, but the SRD version seems clear...ly opaque.

You know, I've never seen the protesters that put up all those anti-road construction signs, but they've got great coverage of what they care about - every time I see road work going on, they've got a protest sign up nearby.
