I'm a little confused about this item and it's charges. Do I need to roll 1d6 when its found/made and that roll determines its permanent number of charges. Or do I need to roll this every day to see the amount of charges it has for that day?
Cause with a bit of luck I'll be rolling a 1, in which case the user can't use the 2 charge cost activation. Seems to be a bit 'unlucky' if its a one time roll deal item.
