Forgot about the part where it worked the other way for wands and was considered a higher level spell. Damn! Got the Craft Wand wrong as well. While they're expensive I can see a wizard getting a lot of use out of two wands in a round, such as two buff spells or two attack spells, even if in most cases cost will limit them to 2nd level or lower spells. On the other hand, creating a Rogue/Wizard/Arcane Trickster with two of these, it could work quite well. A lot of rogues can use Two-weapon fighting since it doubles their Sneak Attack in a flanking position and the bonus from flanking removes the two-weapon fighting penalty.Pinotage</blockquote>
