Is this still 10 dollars a month per the post? I clicked the upgrade link but the publisher account I see is $20/month.

I signed up for the publisher account last week, but I'm not seeing the publisher badge. Will my badge appear on previous posts? Or only new ones? Or is there something I missed to turn it on? Thanks!
