Want to stat out a creature from a painting?

Yeah- me too. Maybe a tweak here or there, but that's how I'd do it.

Good suggestions guys, especially the warbeast one. I saw the Riding Lizard from A&E, is there another set of stats with Giant Lizard? I think its important to note that it would have to be of the Drake/Dragon family and not the Lizard family as it is in a "arctic setting".

edit: there's also the Frost Salamander from MMII (or Monsters of Faerun?) that could be used... but the FS doesn't look like a lizard...

Yeah I believe he meant "cold" when Darklone said "ice subtype".
