[QUOTE="Blackbrrd, post: 5055059, member: 63962"] I am going to start a War of the Burning Sky campaign, something I am really looking forward to. I have probably got one problem coming though, if all the players show up I will have 8 of them. Since I believe the campaign is really good, I will probably have 6-8 players every session. :) I have run previous campaigns with up to 7 players, to get combat sorted, I changed one mob into a special elite for every player over 5. Special elite template: +2 attack, +50% damage, 2x normal hp, one free power recharge I believe this should take care of the combat balance relatively ok, but any other suggestions are welcome. Regarding how long combat is going to take, I will try to announce who's character who is now and what character comes next. In addition I will just skip along if a player hasn't decided what to do when I call their character name. (Except if they ask relevant questions). A player skipped in this way can announce his action at any time later without lousing his original initiative. Out of combat I don't really know what problems I will run into, since the last campaign was a pure hack-n-slash game. Any ideas, experiences etc would be welcome. Got a girlfriend moderately interested in rpg as well, but I am a bit unsure of how to include her into this. She doesn't really know any of the people she will be playing with, and I will be sitting at the other end of the table if she does join. Annoying, it would be great getting her into the game I love. :p My last proper campaign was Red Hand of Doom which we had a blast playing, but there is 10x more social encounters in WotBS, so I think it will be quite different. :hmm: Thanks in advance for any input!
