I will soon will be playing in a Eberron campaign and wish to run a warforged. I was wondering what class,Prestige class, and spells(if any) i should choice. I'm thinking a cleric but want other ideas.

Artificer is a very good class if you can get a good enough Cha--for one thing, you can use most of its abilities on yourself.

EDIT: Aside from item creation, it also runs a lot like the cleric does in battle: high defense, low offense, lots of buffs and similar spells.

I'm playing a warforged cleric right now, and it's...interesting. The Wis and Cha penalties hurt, of course, but aside from that it's a good match. Clerics don't have to rest to recover spells, so you can still stand watch for your buddies all night and heal 'em in the morning. As for specific spells, Unseen Crafter from Races of Eberron rocks.

Beyond those thoughts, your question is too open-ended to answer, I'm afraid. Good luck!

I've been particularly fond of the Dragon Disciple and Warforged Juggernaught (preferably in that order, sometimes intermixed).

Hmm...plain warforged? Warforged scout? Monster Manual 3 has the Scout in it, as well as a Warforged Charger(but it has a ECL on it) that looks like a gorilla and isnt much smarter. :P

Warforged Scout Rogue with the Mithril Body feat(and Mithril Fluidity as well later on to remove armor check penalty) can be good....+2 dex, -2 str, -2 wis, -2 cha, small size, light fortification, living construct traits.....

Ack. I can't actually see playing a warforged scout. Our Eberron DM gave it some tweaks to make it more playable, but I'd still play a halfling instead. Assuming the regular warforged is balanced as is, the scout is just plain weak.

Yes... the scout is hideously underpowered. They "need" one less -2, either drop the wisdom or the strength penalty and it'd be fine however. Dropping the wisdom penalty would be more consistant with other small creatures (who typically get a penalty to strength in addition to the built in strength penalty that the smaller size gives them)
