I don't think it'd be too much trouble, especially if you're just trying to add a little bit of flavor. Do a search for Warhammer Wiki on Google or something like that. Read a page or two about the Chaos Gods and add some evil cults of Khorne or Slaanesh to your repertoire of villains. Read a bit about the skaven and improvise some--in a pinch, just use goblin stats and give them some kind of diseased bite attack like a dire rat or something. Give them magical support in the form of spellcasters who focus on disease and decay themed spells. Add some beastmen. Orc stats with a gore attack. Have them hide out in the darker, more twisted woods. Toss around rumors of an ancient uber-lich name Nagash, from the sun-blasted lands to the south--the "father of Necomancy." A vampire clan named Von Carstein. I wouldn't make Nagash himself appear, but the search for the Nine Books of Nagash, powerful necromantic macguffins, can be part of your campaign. Voila! Instant Warhammer themed monsters in any D&D campaign. Just make sure that one of your cultists yells out "Blood for the Blood God! Skulls for the Skull Throne!" when attacking, and your Warhammer fan player will be happy.
